The International Symposium on Homogeneous Catalysis has become a fixture in the calendar of the catalysis community, gathering researchers from academia and industry for more than twenty editions. Each meeting in the series builds on the tradition of combining rigorous scientific exchange with the informal interactions that characterise the field, and the twenty-third edition continues that format in Trieste at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Trieste.
